Having these biblical data, we can tell confidently now, that any «three years and a half» ministering never was, but there were 2 years and 3 months of ministering of our Lord Jesus Christ! Hence, the Christmas has come (for the first time) when there have passed 4000 years from Adam! (4033 - 32 years and 3 months = 4000 years and 9 months). Knowing it, we can write down now year of this or that biblical event in chronology anno Domini. For example, last figure equal of 4000 years (and 9 months) specifies, that the beginning of a life of Adam was not in 4000, but in 4001st year before Christ. We will write down some more dates: the beginning of the Babylonian captivity was in 471 year BC (4001 - 3530). Death of Solomon (and division of a kingdom Israeli) was in 846 year BC (4001 - 3155). The beginning of reign of the king of Ahab was in 790 year BC (4001 - 3211). We will write down also years of prophesy of the prophet Isaiah. He prophesied from 3378 to 3435 year from Adam, or from 623 to 566 year before Christ. As the reader has already noticed, for convert of any date, expressed in years from Adam, in chronology anno Domini it is necessary from 4001 to subtract this date. Just written down by us above date are valid, verified with the Bible.
In the beginning of 8th section dates of these events were already resulted, and taken not from the Bible, but from the religious literature which many believers use. We will try to verify dates from these sources with biblical data. So, in «Introduction in Old and New testaments» date of the Babylonian captivity, i.e. 588 year BC according to the Bible is resulted. Really, according to the Bible, this event was in 471 year BC. As it is visible, authors of "Introduction" were mistaken for 117 years. Foreign author Abbey was mistaken little bit less, for 115 years. As date of division of the kingdom of Israel authors of “Introduction” considers 980th year BC. Actually, according to the Bible, this event was in 845 BC. Authors of "Introduction" were mistaken in this case for 135 years. Ernest Abbey was mistaken in this case a little bit less, for 86 years. Further, authors of "Introduction" consider as the beginning of reign of king Ahab 923rd year BC, but according to the Bible, this date is fells for 791st year BC, i.e. authors of "Introduction" here are mistaken for 132 years. Foreign author Abbey in this case results 874 BC, i.e. is mistaken for 83 years. And last example: the earliest term of prophesy of the prophet Isaiah in "Introduction" specifies 760 year BC. But according to Bible Isaiah has started to prophesy in 623rd year BC, i.e. for 137 years later, than authors specify. This list can be continued and further, but the result will be the same: ALMOST ALL DATES of HISTORICAL EVENTS RESULTED In the RELIGIOUS LITERATURE MISMATCH the BIBLE and consequently are erroneous. In many cases these errors exceed 100 years. So big errors of authors of the religious literature, both Russian-speaking, and foreign, testify that the way of the researches which have been just passed by us from the beginning of the Bible and till the end of it, has been never done by them. After all is much easier to take this or that biblical directory or the dictionary and to find there already ready date. By the way, about biblical directories:
For an example we take one of the most visible and solid «Biblical directory of Galley» and we will try to look through it:
«John has been exiled on the island Patmos … approximately in 95 year AD. In the following, 96 year he has been released», Pastor Henry Galley, the composer of the directory writes. But such "approximations" is unjustified, as, according to the evidence of many and reliable ancient authors, it is possible to make more exact conclusion. So, Eusebius Caesarean in "Chronicle" supposes exile of Apostle John in 14th year of reign of Domitian, i.e. in 94 year of our era. Year of releasing of Apostle John from the exile at Galley is given even with bigger an error. So, it agree evidence of Dorothy, Pseudo – Proctor and other ancient authors to whom historian Eusebius joins also, returning of apostle John from the exile was in reign of the emperor of Trajan which reigned, since 98 year AD. So Apostle John has been released from the exile not in 96, but in 98th year AD. By the way to tell, years of reign of emperor Domitian, under which apostle John has been exiled to an island Patmos, in Galley directory are resulted is inexact, specified from 117 to 138 year AD, but these are years of reign of emperor Adrian, instead of Domitian. Domitian reigned from 81 to 96 AD. The emperor Trajan and years of his reign are not mentioned at all in the list of emperors at Galley (p. 752 Russian edition of Galley directory see). As a whole the table of reign of emperors contains also other errors. So, years of reign of Emperor Caligula are specified from 41 to 54 year AD, but actually he ruled from 37 to 41 AD. Years of reign of Mark Aurelius are specified as 138 - 161, but actually it is necessary 161 - 180. The emperor Anthony Pie is mentioned in table of Galley why that twice, and with different dates of reign as though in history was two Anthony Pie, but it was not in history. In one of these cases for Anthony Pie years of reign from 161 to 180 are specified, that is incorrect, as these years ruled other emperor, Mark Aurelius. Further, years of reign of emperor Karkalla are specified from 218 to 222. Actually this emperor ruled from 211 to 218 year AD. The beginning of reign of emperor Galleon is specified 260 year, but this emperor has begun to reign for seven years earlier, namely in 253 year AD. Many emperors, as for example: Claudius, the Nerve, Trajan, Gordian, the Gaul, Claudius II gothic and others, in table of Galley absolutely is missed. And it is while about Claudius is mentioned in Acts of Apostles, 11:28, and under Trajan Apostle John has been let out from the exile. The listed gross blunders and mess at table drawing up, do using by it impossible (p. 755 and 753 directory of Galley see). As a whole «Directory of Galley» is the necessary and useful book, though not qualified translation and the inattentive attitude to preparation of the Russian edition makes using of this book difficult.
As it happens, to stretch a hand to a directory and to find in it the necessary date, - it is absolutely simple, but a question in that, - whether there will be such date true? As it has already been shown on numerous examples, the reference books do not give desirable accuracy. Here if the hand of those people drawn to the Bible … but as it has been already told, the Bible seldom is exposed to serious research. Why we here speak about these people and about their errors? Because some of them subject to fierce attacks thought that is possible (and it is necessary) to know the time of visitation by the Lord though the Lord has told, that it is necessary, Luke.19:44. Therefore we have shown here, on numerous concrete examples what is a learning of these people worth?. Resulted by them in the books historical dates in actual fact have appeared non-credible and contradicting the Bible. At the same time we should not forget, that many from mistaking, are mistaken, so to say, "frankly". We should see in them brothers and sisters who need to help to set out on the correct path, and irrespective of, whether ordinary is a member of church or the minister. For it calls us the Scripture: «Brethren, If any of you do err from the truth, and one converted him, let him know, that he which converted the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins», James, 5:19,20.
In the section beginning «On Bible pages» already it has been told that «any religious literature should correspond to Word of God and speak the same, as the Bible. If in this literature contain any data contradicting the Bible, then, how it is told at prophet Isaiah, « it is because there is no light in them », Is.8:20. We have started all this section to check up, whether are corresponds these sources to Word of God, and whether is in them light? As to « Introductions in Old and New Testaments » it is the necessary and useful book though in it there is a set of non-credible dates as its composers used temporal sources in which there is no light. Of 170 pages available in it, John's to Revelation it is devoted hardly more than one page of the text (less than 1 %). Swiss Abbey here again looks better: in his « Short introduction in the Bible» - 300 pages from which 7 are devoted Revelation (that is more than 2 %). Ernest Abbey - the diligent author, but, because of the reference to temporal sources, in his book erroneous dates of biblical events also contain. However, his errors are not so great, as at composers of «Introduction in Old and New Testaments». The list of similar books and other religious literature can be continued, but the result will be the same: as regards dating of biblical events there is no in them light. It is possible to notice and the extremely poor data on Revelation in these books. However now we live during such time when to scorn the book of Revelation it is impossible more. Henceforth it should become the reference book of each believer.
This review of the reality surrounding us was necessary for us. We have seen, that the preaching of Revelation of John is in our communities at the lowest level to what can to imagine. The religious literature available for believers has the same lacks, as the oral preaching.
In this book we have mentioned the content of 20th chapter of the gospel of St. Matthew in this connection we had some questions, main of which: what time is it according to a clock God's? Looking at the reality surrounding us, - when even dates of LAST EVENTS are calculated with the big error, we already know what find the answer to these questions in the religious literature we CAN NOT. Nobody will answer us this question and in the oral form. It because these questions were not studied till now by anybody. In these conditions it is possible to offer only one: to answer these questions by ourselves as initial data for this purpose we already have. I think that there is also a God's grace for it.
