Cautiously it is necessary towards that Kargel against those who identifies the book with 7 seals with John's Revelation. He oppose also against those who sees eternal decision of God in the Book, from the beginning of the world and till the end of it. It do not agree Kargel and with those who are believing, that this Book about events which should be made in Church, beginning from Ascension of Jesus and finishing with his Coming. However, it is possible to agree with last objection partly as it is not clear why the Book with 7 seals only about Church? For example, behind last, seventh seal, there is a narration about seven trumpets of seven Angels, Rev.8:1, 2. The narration about trumpets of seven Angels (and about events accompanying these trumpets) proceeds to 11th chapter inclusive where in Rev.11:15 the trumpet of the seventh Angel is mentioned. That is all described, since Rev.6:1 to Rev.11:19 is derived from the Book of life. By the way, in this fragment there are also words (see Rev.10:11), that John should prophesy about* the many peoples and nations and tongues and kings (and not just about church). We consider that approach of Kargel with so categorical statements concerning this Book is unjustified. Really, many visions opened by Book of life, were a part of the Revelation book (at least, in structure of six chapters, from 6th to 11th inclusive). At the same time, the Book with 7 seals is also the eternal decision of God. And why is not? Why not God’s? Then whose is this decision? Well, and if all the same is God’s, the eternal means. As proof of that Book with 7 seals it is impossible to name both nor the Revelation Divine, neither the decision Divine, even a prophecy on church, Kargel suggests such strange argument: this event till this o'clock was not made yet, and the Christ yet has not removed any of the seals. So, to the Christ it will be allowed to glance in God’s the decision only … in the future …
To agree with it, means, it is necessary to deny such place of the Writings as «Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world», Acts.15:18. And after all the Christ is the true God, 1John.5:20. The thought is strange also that the Christ will open the life Book to learn its contents. It has put here in another matter: so, removing this or that seal, the God thereby opens a way to those events of 6th chapter, which should come to the Earth. « Go* »- it is spoken to the first horseman, and the events meaning the first horseman, have come on the earth. It is necessary to understand, that at once all seals cannot be removed, - otherwise all events, intended to come true during all history of Christianity, will occur simultaneously. Therefore the statement, that to the Christ is not allowed to glance yet in this Book - it is impossible to name the truth. Further we will depart from Ivan Kargel's all these unjustified assumptions as to argue on them is no place on pages of the book devoted to Revelation. In this connection at last we will state some more short remarks to Kargel:
1. He writes, that «Daniel and Revelation are infinitely various». But unless the Christ is not familiar for Daniel? And then, - unless Daniel's prophecy does not coincides with a prophecy of the book of Revelation? Why then it is "infinitely variously"? Even young, beginning believer it is clear, that the book of Daniel in many respects coincides with a prophecy of the book of Revelation and anywhere does not contradict it. But Kargel thought differently.
2. Many formulations and interpretation of Kargel are washed away and are not exact, he writes: «10 days are 10 terrible persecutions», and thinks, that with these already all has explained. But such interpretation is not under the Writings. Actually the period duration of 420 years here means (details see above in the chapter «The Prophecy of the book of Revelation about church in Smyrna). The Lord has specified, that during all history of Christianity (and it totals 2000), there will be periods of open persecutions and tribulation, the TOTAL DURATION of 420 YEARS.
3. Loss of the first love in Ephesus’ church Kargel transfers on whole «oecumenical church» that contradicts the Holy Writings. After all except Ephesus’, there are also other churches which the Lord has not reproached with loss of the first love.
4. Speaking about 24 elders, Kargel names them … Church. Besides, in his opinion, it is already «the caught up Church». But if it is caught up saints, why they are presented by number 24? And then, why caught up saints look elders? Unless to all believers it will be given a throne each, how has each of elders? About 24 elders (who are they) in the given book it is possible to read in the end of section 10.
5. It is difficult to accept statement of Kargel, that in the rainbow round God’s throne (see Rev.4:3) there are no all colors, except the green. In that case, it any more will not be a rainbow.
6. Visions of 6th chapter of the book of Revelation Kargel names «the judgment description». He has not noticed, that here, in 6th chapter (the verse 10) is spoken: «How long, O Lord, holy and true, you DO NOT JUDGE … them that dwell on the Earth? ». So, the Lord yet does not judge, therefore visions of 6th chapter are not the judgment description (except for the end of this chapter).
7. «The great tribulation begins with removal of the first seal», writes Kargel, but actually (it agree the Scripture) it begins soon after removal of 5th seal (see the section about great tribulation).
8. «The great tribulation will be made only after catching up», writes Kargel. But from the Holy Writings we know, that Catching up will be only in Coming of the Lord: «For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven … then we which are alive and remain… shall be caught up», 1Thes.4:16, 17. It is known also, that Coming (so also Catching up) will be AFTER GREAT TRIBULATION: «Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened … And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then … shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven», Mat.24: 29, 30.
These and set of other errors of Kargel, compel us to recognize his interpretation as erroneous.
