The aim of the study was to evaluate the  influence of Glutoxim on the development and course of  inflammation in tuberculosis. Mice, used in the experimental study, were inoculated with Mycobacteriumtuberculosis. Glutoxim was injected i.p. in a wide dose range during 3 weeks beginning from the secondday after  inoculation. Positive  influence of Glutoxim was  revealed:  the  inflammatory process becameless marked,  reducing of excudative  component was  found.  The  results of  the  study  showed  that  thedoses 1 or 0,5mg per kg body weight were more effective than  the others.Key words: experimental tuberculosis, pulmonary inflammation, histology, Glutoxim.
